Box Meal Ordering
Volunteers can order their free box meals using the online ordering system. To get started with the system read on...
In order to make your meal selections you will need to log in to the system using your primary e-mail address. Click on the link below (you may want to open the link in a new window) and enter your primary e-mail address in both the "Email address:" and "Password:" fields. After logging in for the first time you should click on "Preferences" and change your password. Passwords are case sensitive.
Once you are logged in you can click on "Food selection" to make your selections from the available choices. Click on "Display menu" to see a description of the meals in a pop-up window. Be sure to click the "Update selections" button at the bottom of the "Food selection" page after making your selections. Click on "Help" for more detailed instructions.
Browser compatibility: The meal ordering system has been tested with Firefox and Internet Explorer under Windows and with Firefox and Safari under Mac OSX. You must have cookies enabled in your browser while using the meal order system. If you have any problem with the meal system or notice any unexpected results, please let us know.
Ordering deadlines 2025
Please make your meal selection for each program by 12 noon on the date listed below:
June 5 - EWS/EWS on June 13 and June 14
June 19 - EWS/MOS on June 27 and June 28
July 3 - EWS/MOS on July 11 and July 12
July 17 - EWS/MOS on July 25 and July 26
July 31 - EWS/MOS on August 8 and August 9
August 14 - EWS/MOS on August 22 and August 23
